Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same from others. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can notify us of any infringement by submitting a takedown notice to our DMCA agent as listed below. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
  3. Information to locate the infringing material, including the URL;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement that the use of material is unauthorized;
  6. A statement confirming the accuracy of the notification.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC imposes penalties for misrepresentations in a notification of infringement. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for prompt handling.

When submitting a claim, be aware that your identity may be shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you believe material was wrongly taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to our DMCA agent. The notification should include:

  1. Your signature;
  2. A description of the material and its original location;
  3. A statement that the takedown was a mistake;
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Send your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding repeat infringers and will terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update our DMCA policy at any time. Please check back periodically for any changes.
